Zirconium is a specialty metal with desirable properties but its use is limited due to cost and rarity. This high cost may come down with better methods of extraction as the earth has plenty of Zr but for now it remains just a minor player with a bright future.
The subtle yellow-brown tone of zirconium is difficult to appreciate on its own but quite evident when held up side by side to another metal with a more neutral gray. In our opinion it is one of the most attractively colored cubes that we offer.
