With over 800 skus from the super popular to the "need this last one to finish my collection" we are constantly replenishing inventory. If what you want is out of stock, please add your email to the notified when it's back in stock. Also note, we are operating in a sensitive environment for pure elements so export restrictions and new rules and regulations are impacting what we are able to replenish at this time.

Your order will not come with a paper certificate showing a compositional analysis, only a label identifying the element (and purity on >1g samples). I like to warn customers who ask for a certificate something that seems common sensical: you know it’s just a piece of paper, right? An official looking certificate can be made in Word in, oh, about five minutes one handed while drinking coffee. The only COA you should trust is the one provided not by the seller but by an independent lab.

However, we get it. It’s not practical to send your ten grams of whatever to a lab for analysis since it will likely cost you more than the sample you bought many times over. But hey it’s your moolah.

Shipping times vary by carrier. USPS typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic shipments and up to 20 business days for international shipments. UPS and FedEx are faster for international shipments and are recommended during the holiday periods.

Returns
Luciteria Science offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please send us an email to support@luciteria.com.  If an item is damaged in shipping please let us know as quickly as possible after you receive your order. 

To receive proper credit for your return it must be sent in its original, un-opened packaging to maintain advertised purity and avoid restocking fees or rejection. Luciteria Science reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns on precious metals may be subject to additional fees due to market loss and/or assaying. Custom orders are not refundable. Please consider insuring your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for carrier mishandling or loss in transit.

Refunds
Upon receipt, we will notify you by email with a confirmation and a status update. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for your credit to be reflected in your bank account for credit card orders and 24 hours for payment by PayPal.

Exchanges

Luciteria Science will gladly handle any request for exchange on the same item as long as it is in stock and has not been discontinued. If your order has arrived damaged, or the wrong item was received, please contact us at support@luciteria.com so we can arrange your return and provide you with a prepaid mailing label. 

We do accept some custom orders but cannot accommodate everyone. We reserve the right to reject any custom order request.
