Fluorine is the most reactive element on the periodic table. So chemically ready to bind with another atom that it alone can rip the otherwise super strong bond between silicon and oxygen; glass in other words. For this reason it is a major challenge to contain the gas in such a way that it can be presented for display. For this little ampule taming fluorine requires dilution with helium lest the glass become frosty from this noxious gas.

In concentrated form fluorine has a faint yellow green tinge but appears colorless at this size. Still, fluorine is one of the most difficult elements to acquire for a collector and we are one of very few companies that carry it.
