"One of Each" Set
"One of Each" Set
If you’re looking to start a collection of the elements from the periodic table here’s your shortcut to get them all in one shot - and at a discount. On offer here are sets built around a sample of every possible element ready to be displayed in handy little screwtop bottles each with its own label.
The centerpiece is our new custom acrylic display case with cutouts to fit these bottles. Each case measures 14” x 8.5” (your average laptop) and consists of two acrylic panels separated by metal standoffs to create a very professional look. The case itself is fully labeled and color coded to distinguish natural vs. radioactive elements… it’s just waiting to be filled! Buy the display case all by itself for just $29.95 and start the chase with pure elements you can find right at home!
For convenience and savings we also offer groups of elements in the same 3ml, labeled bottles.
We start with the blue set which comprises all the basic elements from the periodic table that are relatively easy to find and are stable in air. You get a total of 46 highly purified 1-gram samples of each in a labeled glass vial for $99.95 (see diagram on this page for full list).
Next up is the red set; the more exotic elements. This 35pc set includes glass ampules inside bottles to maintain the metallic nature of air sensitive element samples. Except for the gases these all contain an approximate net weight of 100mg. This set costs $399.
The purple set includes four radioactive elements which are all extremely difficult to find offered for sale anywhere. Don’t worry about their safety. Because of the small size samples their level of radioactivity is far too small to be hazardous to health so long as you keep these well out of the reach of children. Accidental ingestion, or particulates which are allowed to become airborne where they could be breathed in, do pose a serious health risk. This set costs $239 and includes radium (as radium sulfate trace on a vintage watch dial), radon and thorium (both as thorium dioxide, 100mg) and one gram of uranium metal.
Collect them piecemeal little by little or go for the full set from day one which includes all 85 collectible elements, as well as the display case, for $699.
Please note that uranium and thorium samples may not ship internationally.
